Shipping policy

Processing Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Pickup orders will be ready within 1–2 business days.

U.S. Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–4 business days via USPS.

• Express Shipping: Delivered in 1–2 business days via USPS.

Important Shipping Notes:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your package and make arrangements to be available at the time of delivery.

• Once your order has shipped, USPS will have the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery.

• Packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS will not be re-shipped.

• Missing packages cannot be tracked or claimed after 14 days from the delivery date.
